After the end of service, unused in-game currency (paid portion) will be refunded pursuant to Article 20, Paragraph 1 of the Payment Services Act of Japan.
Details of the refund request period and procedure will be announced after the end of service on this website.
Your "Support ID" is required to request a refund.
Even after the end of service, your Support ID can be checked until March 31, 2027 from "Support" on the app's title screen. Please make a note of it in advance.
As we will need to verify your data when handling inquiries, please do not delete the app or reinstall it on a new device until the refund procedure for unused in-game currency (paid portion) has been completed.
